Using the simple keyless entry, enter the two-story foyer directly into a light and airy living space. With the soothing palette of sand and sea, you'll find yourself drawn to the coordinated furnishings and décor of this stunning home.
As you relax on the sofa, the large flat-screen Roku TV enabled with Sling stands ready to provide hours of entertainment. Music lovers will find the blue-tooth enabled speaker system available in 2 zones for enjoyment inside and on the patio.
Dining and Kitchen
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen offers the family chef the best of everything including: stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, granite counters and backsplash with plenty of counter space, and upgraded small appliances. It will be easy to create delicious culinary masterpieces. In addition, there is plenty of cabinet space for whatever goodies you may wish to bring along.
The dining area has been creatively arranged to ensure the entire group can dine together. The formal dining table comfortably accommodates 8 with additional seating at the peninsula bar and bistro table. Family meals make their way back in vogue here!
Outdoor Space
Beyond the living area is the focal point of the home. An enormous and artfully arranged screened entertainment patio offers the amenities our discerning guests have come to expect. By opening the 9 foot sliding doors in the living area, the home becomes a premier indoor/outdoor space to enjoy with your family and friends.
Here, you'll find a large inground pool with an integrated hot tub. Luxuriate in the sun loungers after your swim. If you prefer to curl up with your book or mobile device, you'll find additional shaded lounge areas.
A Weber gas grill provides the opportunity for a family barbecue, which may be enjoyed at the both dining tables available in the entertainment patio.
Sleeping Space
The home provides two master suites with both privacy and relaxation for all our guests. Every room is stylishly appointed and contains a flat screen TV enabled with sling and a ceiling fan.
The master bedroom boasts a wall of sliding glass doors opening directly to the entertainment patio. The relaxing decor features heather grays and butter yellows. Other amenities include a king bed, flat-screen Roku TV enabled with Sling, ceiling fan, dedicated seating area and a desk if you just can't get away from work. A wireless printer is also tucked away for your use. This bedroom also enjoys the privacy of an ensuite bath, outfitted with double vanities, a soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower.
The second Master becomes its own ensuite with the pull of a pocket door and includes it own king bed, flat screen tv and ceiling fan.
The third and fourth bedrooms share a bath with walk-in shower. Both have their own tv and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 offers two sliding glass doors out to the entertainment patio.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your time here: a variety of games and books, beach chairs, beach cart and umbrella, pickle ball racquets and pool accessories. There is even a Playstation Classic with wireless controllers for your enjoyment.
Thanks to the wonderful layout and amenities of this home, the welcoming environment of the neighborhood, and the proximity to always-lovely downtown Naples and surrounding beaches you're sure to have a wonderful stay.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to Newman Hospitality no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
Allows Pets-This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Newman Hospitality. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
Newman Hospitality is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own
- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done in order to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge.
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
