TV’s are in both bedrooms and a large smart tv sits above a bonus queen size Murphy bed/console table for any extra guests that may visit during your stay. A full size washer and dryer are also in the unit in a separate room across from the guest room.

Our property has a heated swimming pool with a gorgeous club house that frequently hosts events for guests. The tennis/pickleball courts will be available and brand new this winter. We also have a grill deck and Bocci Ball. The beautiful Bonita Beach is across the street where we have a deeded access point for our community. You will have access to the owners beach storage where beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon will be at your disposal. All linens including beach towels will also be provided. There are also two bikes available for use.
