Our fabulous U-shaped, open-concept home is wrapped around a large screened private pool. The unique design results in airy, spacious sunlit rooms offering privacy around every corner. With two main living areas and a huge outdoor lanai, the space is abundant. Because almost all of the large patio doors "pocket" back into the walls, the blend between indoor luxury and outdoor living is almost transparent. You will never forget the first morning you wake up to this view - the glistening pool, lush landscaping and swaying palm trees all visible from your large 27 x 13 master bedroom. This private wing features high quality bedding, wall-mounted TV, reading area with loveseat and two sets of patio doors that open directly to the lanai and pool area. The ensuite bathroom includes a huge shower, separate jacuzzi tub and double sinks.

The guest two-bedroom wing is located across the pool deck and features well-appointed furniture and an additional bathroom with huge shower and a door leading to the pool, allowing swimmers easy access. The primary bedroom with a king size bed and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds are in a separate wing of the house. Note: because of the five patio doors and distance between the two bedrosom wings, this home is not suitable for young children.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel frig with icemaker/water dispenser, full range, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer and desk area. There is a great pass-through window to the outdoor pool and dining area.

The large family room with reclining leather love seat and sofa is open-concept to the kitchen, and features a large 65" TV, stereo system and DVD player along with a separate bar area.

The dining room is airy and bright and features a marble dining table, six high back padded chairs ready for memorable evenings filled with laughter and good conversation. The adjoining foyer opens completely to the pool area, offering arriving guests a spectacular view of the pool and beyond.

The large, covered lanai is perfect for entertaining and offers a BBQ, dining table perfect area for reading, relaxing or just soaking up the serenity.

Our home is located in Waterford, a gated golf course community that features a semi-private course with 27 holes.
We are located about 10 minutes from downtown Venice, and with Venice Beach or Nokomis Beach. Take in the gorgeous sunsets with frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees. The town of Venice is quaint with lots of small boutique stores, restaurants and services. Our home is less than a mile from grocery shopping, restaurant and the new hospital.
