Once the Glades approves your paid application and you sign our rental agreement, the total rental fee for your entire stay plus taxes, cleaning and security deposit are due two weeks before your initial rental date. Once paid, no refunds will be granted unless we can rent the condo to another for the same duration as your signed agreement.

About the host: Fergus and Dee met in university and have built a fulfilling life together. As an active couple approaching retirement, they are excited to spend their winters in sunny Florida. Passionate about staying active, they enjoy playing golf and tennis and are eager to master the game on the new pickleball courts. Over the years, they’ve renovated six homes, with their condo at the Glades set to be their cozy retreat for their golden years.

The owners of this beautiful condo have been visiting The Glades Resort for years, falling in love with the community, its stunning golf courses, and the beautifully maintained landscape. Their deep connection to the area has led them to choose The Glades as the place they plan to retire in the coming years. Passionate about renovation, they’ve enjoyed transforming this 2-bedroom space, which once had an enclosed kitchen, into a spacious, beach-themed 3-bedroom condo with an open-concept kitchen. Their love for the area and its vibrant, welcoming community is reflected in every detail of this inviting home.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can renters play golf at the two courses?
Absolutely! Unlimited golf for renters after 12:00 pm on the two immaculately maintained, beautiful 18-hole golf courses: The Palmetto (executive) and The PInes. The fee for The Palmetto is $47.50 for 18 holes. For the Pines, there is only a $95 fee to play 18 holes (compared to $250-$350 a round on comparable courses). The fee is $47.50 for 9 holes on The Pines and cart rental is $20. Walking the course is allowed, and is free of charge. Many people walk both courses.
Are the other amenities open to renters?
Yes! All pools, tennis course, pickleball courses, bocce, etc. are available for renters. The library is great - you can take and return books and trade if you wish.
