We welcome you to Sterling Breeze 1907, a beautiful gulf front 3 bedroom 3 bath luxury residence that features two king masters and END unit amazing sunset panoramas. The living room features a leather double recliner sofa and two additional reclining accent chairs, a 60” 4K Smart TV, fireplace and gorgeous furnishings. Sterling Breeze 1907 has dining table seating for 8 and breakfast bar seating for 3 allowing everyone to dine together.
Master Suite #1 is gulf-front with a King bed, private balcony access and an ensuite bath with an oversized tile shower, double vanities and a make-up desk. Master Suite #2 is a lockout suite with a separate private entrance, King bed, private gulf-view balcony, kitchenette, large closet, and full bath. The Guest bedroom is a children's paradise that sleeps six with a of custom double bunk beds, additional double bed onside, desk, flat screen TV and private hallway Full Bath.
Sterling Breeze 1907 is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer, linens and towels, hair dryers for all 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped open kitchen featuring granite counter tops, custom cabinets and all the tools and conveniences you'll need including dishes for 12 and extra-large pots and pans.
