Loved this condo! Spacious and comfortably appointed, updated decor. Front lanai with comfy seating, see the neighbors strolling by or read quietly. From the back lanai, a great view of the 5th hole of Wellen Park golf course. Wellen Park in itself is a large planned community with already a lot of amenities, and many more under construction.A large 3 BR ground floor condo, big kitchen, nice common area with comfy furniture. Bedrooms are nice, 2 kings and a queen with desk.Loved the location! Wellen Park is a fun course to play, lots of tee options. Stopped by the bar at the Braves Spring Training facility, so fun. And live music downtown Wellen Park was so fun. Plenty of nearby restaurants, Costco, whatever you need is close by. Downtown Venice is charming with market, and we happened to be there for an art fair which was surprisingly good. Also went by the pier at Venice Beach. Really a beautiful beach with a couple of restaurant choices without being like a strip mall!Can’t wait to visit this area again, and I would definitely love to stay at this condo again!
