Beautiful 2 bd 2 bth 1200sq ft apt right on the bay with Gulf views and steps to the beach.
We're still recovering from Ian but are open for renters.
Important things like the roof, elevator, electrical room, and pool are complete, but currently pool decks, painting, scaping, etc, are not,
You're welcome to stay and we'd love to have you, but please know work might continue around the building grounds.
Please note I am writing this in Nov so there is time for many things to progress till January.
