Sand Castle Casa is a Gulf-view 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom Miramar Beach home that sleeps 26. Guests will love the private pool, rooftop deck, large outdoor kitchen and dedicated beach access!

A spacious game room with pool views greets guests to Sand Castle Casa. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a bunk bedroom with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds are conveniently located here on the first floor. In the game room, guests can relax on a comfortable leather sectional sofa facing a 55” Smart TV with a soundbar. A shuffleboard table, 3 colorful vintage arcade games, and a pool table keep the fun going long after the sun has set. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer beautiful views of the pool. Stepping outside, guests can cool off on the pool’s long sun shelf or take a refreshing swim. A covered portion of the pool deck is a nice spot to enjoy a mid-day snack. Guests can also access a fantastic back patio from the rear of the game room. An outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, a freestanding icemaker, and a beverage refrigerator. A hammock and Adirondack chairs surround a gas fireplace built into the back wall of the patio.

On the second floor, a color palette of cool grays and blues connects the open living, dining, and kitchen space. A sectional sofa surrounds a 75” Smart TV. Adjacent sliding glass doors open to a balcony overlooking the pool and fill the living area with natural light. 2 dining tables lead to a kitchen with a 6-burner gas cooktop, freestanding icemaker, and premium appliances. A guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom.

A bunkroom with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, 3 guest bedrooms, and a primary bedroom is on the third floor. Guests may select between 2 bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms or a guest bedroom with a king bed that lacks a bathroom but has a kitchenette with a wet bar, wine cooler, and microwave. Guests staying in the lovely primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, a large private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, and access to a private balcony with views of the neighborhood.

A vast rooftop deck on the 4th floor offers bird’s eye views of spectacular sunsets!

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, mid May - mid August annually. Service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* Pets Are Not Permitted: Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only

Area Information

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample, and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.
