The second you enter Rest Ashored vacation mode is ON. Gaze out onto the beautiful powder white beaches and emerald waters while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail from your very own covered balcony.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed (private bathroom with huge garden tub and walk in shower.)
Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed
Living Room: Queen sized Sofa Sleeper

Washer and Dryer in unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops.
Balcony seating and table/chairs.
2 Beach chairs and umbrella included and located in the unit.
On site Cabana's Restaurant.
TV's in both bedrooms and living room.

Keyless Entry: On the day of your arrival, you'll receive the door code when Rest Ashored is ready for guests. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central time or after.

Parking Passes: You will receive one free parking pass when you stay with Destin Vacation Company. Additional parking passes are $25. and we need to know as soon as possible if you need additional passes.

Based on the daily temperature and the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving. It's heated again starting Christmas to Easter.

Please note that the elevators 3 and 4 on the east side with undergo modernization from October 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025 and might result in longer wait times.
