The condo is located in the Naples Bath and Tennis Club which is a gated community with a mixture of condos and single family homes. There is only one gate for both entrance and exit, with a perimeter road ideal for both solo walking, dog walking, jogging, etc. The community is well established with beautiful large and mature trees.
The condo is located on a cut de sac with a common pool area for residents. The condo is on the ground floor with a great view of the area "lake". Included is outdoor parking located right in front of the condo, with space available for a 2nd vehicle in an adjacent parking area. The condo is an open concept with the kitchen, living and dining areas all connected. The kitchen has been upgraded as have both the guest washroom and master washroom and walk-in closet. There is an outdoor porch which is attached to the main living area by sliding doors from the living/dining room as well as the master bedroom.
The condo is fully furnished and because it is a second home as opposed to a pure rental/investment unit, the contents are both tasteful, elegant and modern in appearance.
Area Information
The NBTC is located on the crossroads of Airport Pulling Rd and -----. All necessary daily shopping, banking, groceries, gas is located within walking distance. There are a number of good quality restaurants nearby, and within easy driving to the Coastland Mall, Venetian Bay, and Waterside shopping area. Fifth Ave. and 3rd St. are also a short drive away, with easy access to a multitude of beaches.

Why this property? Once I came to Naples, in 1986, I was totally sold on the place. And what's more my family and I fell in love with the Naples Bath and Tennis Club. Naples itself is a special place, with so much to do and see, with wonderful areas for shopping, either spending or just window shopping; an abundance of restaurants of all kinds, representing a multitude of different cuisines; and fabulous areas to drive through or to. Not to mention the beaches where in old Naples, you can park at the end of so many streets and simply walk to the sand and water, as well as a number of public beaches to choose from. And the NBTC is accessible to just about everywhere. Not to mention that adjacent to it there are 2 shopping centres where you can purchase all your daily needs, grocery stores, banks and restaurants so you don't even need to drive anywhere if you don't want to.
This is my 2nd condo at the NBTC. We bought our first in 1988, then sold it in 2005. BUT both NBTC and Naples itself were so missed that we bought the present condo in 2009. The location is perfect, in a small cup-de-sac, with a community pool and fabulous walking options just in the area.
I particularly love the fact that this condo is on the ground floor. You can just walk out without having to use stairs or an elevator. The view from the lanai, onto the man-made lake is so calming, and this is one of the reasons we have left the lanai as a porch - just to enjoy the fresh air and view.
With renovated bathrooms, both master and 2nd bathroom, upgraded master walk-in closet, renovated kitchen and brand new carpeting in both bedrooms, the place is a perfect place to live, either temporarily or full-time.
