This centrally located unit has on site parking with a dedicated parking space at no charge. It is located just one block from some of Marco's most popular eateries, Joeys Pizza, Doreen's Cup o' Joe, La Mesa, and Sammi's Restaurant. Many shops, restaurants, Publix, Win Dixie, 7-11 and the world famous Crescent Beach all withing walking distance.
The Marcp Plaza, Marco Towne Center, Marco Movies, and the Island Plaza are within two miles. Perfect for Biking or if you are in the mood, a nice long walk. Of course you can always drive too.
