About the host: I grew up in Worcester ma on Lake Quinsigamond I enjoy hiking paddle boarding the beach and fishing and riding motorcycles! All os this is either on my st N beach st or minutes away
Why this property? A open floor plan house it offers something and space for everyone with a living room and family room and screen porch there’s privacy too! if you have pets the fenced in yard is a must have. With laundry towels bedding and cookware silverware and anything else you might need . Full size dinning rm table pool table easy access (no steps) it checks all the boxes. I have been all over Florida and nowhere has everything right down the street like this place. A restaurant that Edison and ford frequented. John D Rockefeller estate and so much more all at the end of the street. Of course the parks and walkways and State park and golf course are all on the street minutes away beach (drive on and walk on ) minutes away 2 miles several waterfront parks you can walk to from the house oh yeah right down the street Anything you want is minutes away!
