On the main spacious area are 2 large balconies (1 screened in with plenty of comfortable seating area to relax or to enjoy family meals). Down on the main level is the Game Room with toys, PingPongTable, Corn Hole, spike ball,Jacuzzi Spa, and a spacious eating area along with an enclosed Shower/Sink to dust off sand from beaching all day! Enjoy an outdoor Volleyball game just located in the back sandy yard. The neighborhood has a large pool and bathrooms just steps from our backyard! We are walking distance to the Beach, St Joe Bay, and also the State Park; or you can load up the large 6 seater golf cart with beach gears and enjoy a full day of family time at the beach.

* Boats are not allowed on the property per HOA guidelines. There are options to store boats at a nearby storage facility. Please contact us for additional information.
* Guest required to sign an electronic rental agreement.
* Guest required to provide a photo ID (i.e. driver's license) for verification of identity and proof of insurance coverage for using the gold cart.
* A security deposit of $ 600 is required which is only a hold (not a charge) and released following your stay with no damages.
