About the host: I am a real estate investor who started doing short term rentals 19 years ago. At one point my wife and I owned 24 short term rentals speeding from Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Daytona Beach, Hutchison Island and Kissimmee. We are not spring chickens anymore so we have downsized our portfolio investment to 3 units plus other long term rentals ( duplexes, Single family homes and apartments). We have upgraded this unit because my wife and I use it a lot and so does our immediate family. We want our guests to feel right at home.
