Kitchen is fully equipped down to the corkscrew including both a large programable coffee maker and a Mini Keurig. Each TV is a Smart TV and DVD player is in the den. Free WiFi is included. There are two heated pools, two hot tubs, shuffleboard court, tennis court, fitness center and Community Room. After a hard day of swimming & sunbathing enjoy the evening breeze while listening to the surf & watching the Dolphins from the beachfront balcony. There's even a large capacity stack washer and dryer---but who wants to do laundry on vacation?! Just bring beach towels and sunscreen!

Mark C.Wonderful Gulf beach condo!
This unit was perfect for our summer vacation. Right on the beautiful white sandy beach. We had a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean from a comfortable appointed balcony. The unit was very clean and spacious with many amenities and a large washer and dryer. Kitchen was great and the two bathrooms were really nice to have. Being on the 14th floor was a bonus as it was quiet. We liked the garage, parking setup as it was easy to find parking and to get to it. We mostly enjoyed the ocean all day but did find some great places to eat with Cuvée, Grand Marlin, Pazzo’s Italian Restaurant and Back Porch Oyster Bar. Sheryl (the owner) was very responsive and helpful in walking us through the booking process and checking on us to make sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We will definitely come back to her unit when we come to the Gulf.

We had a wonderful visit to Panama City Beach and our stay at the Celedon was fantastic! The location is perfect, on the quiet side of the beach, and the condo was great. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family, elevators were quick and the pools were a nice alternative when the ocean was to rough. When we arrived we had all of the information we needed to get atraight into the condo and to begin what we came for, a wonderful week of complete relaxation, listening to the water and enjoying the sun. The condo was as described. Quiet condo a the most desirable end of the beach for family. Only a short drive to local shops, Pier Park and attractions. Lots of good nearby places to eat or stay and prepare your on meal and eat while looking out on the Gulf from the balcony of 1403. The Host is very Professional, Hospitable and prompt to respond with any questions or concerns. She makes the check in and check out process very easy. Very nice relaxing condo. It was just as photos described. The condo is very quiet and the unit is as well. You are far away from Pier Park area to not be in traffic but you are close enough to enjoy the west end. This is the second time we have stayed here and it never disappoints. It was very roomy and very comfortable. It is close to some great eating and just a short stroll to Thomas Donuts for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at this small well-equipped condo. It is a perfect size for a couple or family with small children. It was just as advertised, no, surprises, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Other than a minor glitch with the door code when we first arrived, the owner quickly and efficiently cleared up the problem in less than 10 minutes, apologizing for the inconvenience, and not at all upset about being interrupted during a busy and difficult time for her. Ms. Bass is very pleasant to deal with, I would welcome the opportunity to stay in her condo again. Being on the 14th floor, it was very quiet at night with an incredible view of the gulf. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. The beach chair service is a little pricey at $50 a day, or the alternate of carrying chairs and umbrella, back and forth to the beach. The parking pass has to be purchased online, but it was just as we were told to expect. A great vacation, always sad to leave.

My husband and our 2 young children stayed the 4th of July week and it was absolutely amazing. Despite a time zone difference, the owner was extremely easy to get ahold of before, during and after our stay. You could not ask for a better location! You are right on the beach and a short drive to the grocery stores and other shopping. We loved the 2 pools at the complex. They were never very crowded and they were partly in the shade which was important to us with smaller children. The unit was clean and provided adequate supplies such as towels, kitchen utensils/plates. We would definitely recommend this until to others!

I would highly recommend unit #1403! It's exactly as described. Sheryl is very responsive and booking is super easy. She is just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay. The location was fantastic and the views are AMAZING! Since it's the last high rise condo in PCB it was less crowded than other areas. It was very close to Pier Park where we found ourselves most nights. I will definitely book this condo again when staying in PCB!

Sheryl is so helpful and kind. Her place is immaculately clean, abounding with space, and has a spectacular view. It is the last high-rise and therefore has far less traffic than other similar buildings. We went a few places downtown, but in the future I would much rather just stay at/near the condo. Our 4 year old loved the fort-like bed and had a blast at the beach and both pools. Plus, the washer and dryer in the unit are quite new and really made it easy for us to keep everything clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My grandson and i had a wonderful time staying at Celadon (1403). He lost his Mom in February of this year and this vacation was just what he needed. We met a lot of really nice people during our stay. The beach was beautiful during the day and at night he liked looking for ghost crabs. The unit was a perfect fit for the two of us and he loved that the bunks had a curtain just like his at his Nana's house. It was nice to get to know the host as she was very friendly and easy to talk to. I hope that we will be welcomed to come back and stay in the future. Not our first PCB rental, but clearly the best. The condo is the last high rise on the west end of PCB, so less traffic and people than most of PCB. Close to Pier Park…..on Friday night Tootsies had free low country boil with a drink purchase and live bands. Sheryl is easy to work with, and everything went perfect. The condo was VERY clean, well decorated and furnished. The pictures are all recent and accurate, The balcony view from the 14th floor is amazing and comfortable for coffee or a meal. We will be back but for longer than a week next time.

My family has been renting vacation properties in Panama City Beach for 30+ years. Never have I dealt with a better owner/manager. Sheryl's condo is stocked as well as a home, and it is as clean as I have ever stayed in. The decor is nice, and you can tell the condo is well cared for. Celadon is conveniently close to Winn Dixie and Wal Mart at Pier Park, and several really good restaurants. Best of all, it is mere steps to the water from the building. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying in this condo. The first time was in 2015. I can honestly say the condo furnishings and cleanliness were just as wonderful this time as the last time. From the time our luggage hit the floor we noticed the view. Immediately went to the patio to check it out. The room was awesome and the location of the condo was definitely the peaceful end of the beach strip. Very family orientated and most of all enjoyed a break from the Midwest. The owners are very easy to approach and answered many questions before we left home and checked back with us after we returned home to make sure we had a good stay. We have been going to PCB for over 40 years for vacation and have stayed in a number of condo communities. This condo is our very favorite and was a great place to rent. The condo was very nicely stocked and the master bed was very comfortable -not worn out like many condos! The view from the balcony was perfect with a clear view for miles up each side of the beach. It is a very family friendly condo - no noise at all at night from neighbors partying. It is located towards the end of the beach strip so the beach was very lean and not overly crowded. The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful. The deposit was returned, as promised, a week after our stay. This will be our new vacation spot for sure!!

We decided to make one more trip to PCB after spending 10 days there in Sept. This is the first time we have ever rented from Sheryl and stayed in her Celedon condo # 1403 but we were NOT disappointed. This is a very nice unit with new furniture and everything you would need for an enjoyable week at the beach. Unit has a full size washer and dryer (a must for us) and a fully equipped kitchen. WIFI was great and the balcony was nicely furnished so we were able to enjoy wonderful views from the 14th floor. We wore our masks each time we got into the elevator but turns out, no one was ever riding up or down with us. We love the covered parking and convenient access to Pier Park and all of the restaurants on the west end of PCB. Close to the Walmart and Publix for quick trips to the store. We would definitely rent from Sheryl again.

Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean just outside! Great view of the Gulf from the 14th floor. On the West end of the beach away from the heavy traffic, but, close to Mike's Oyster Bar, Thomas Donuts, Buddy's Seafood Market, and a short drive to Pier Park. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated, we felt right at home. If you like to cook in the room, this unit has all the kitchen equipment you could need and Winn Dixie is just down the street. Sheryl was a pleasure to deal with, going above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered quickly and completely. We will be back!

This was my husband's and I first time renting a condo straight through the owners instead of using Expedia, VRBO, etc. We was so skeptical and nervous but Sheryl made us feel so confident and at ease! She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and made the whole process very simple! No fuss of dealing with the front desk, just go straight to your room and when you leave no checking out! Plus the condo was amazing and had spectacular views of the ocean. It came equipped with everything you need in the kitchen so you dont have to pack extras and was a very spacious unit. We have a 1 year old and wanted away from all the noise a little bit but didn't want to have to drive far and this was perfect! Very family oriented place. I loved the fact that they had two pools and that one was half covered in case it was raining or someone got too much sun we could still enjoy the pool! We definitely look forward to renting off of her again in the near future!

Sheryl was easy to work with including negotiating an extra day. The price was very reasonable compared to comparable condos. Plenty of room for a 1 BR condo and having 2 bathrooms definitely a plus. No complaints. I don't usually stay in a complex this large but it is the last one of several condos before you hit just beach houses - so you don't have to walk far at all for a less crowded space on the beach. On the quieter and more family oriented west end of PCB.

We had a wonderful time on our summer vacation at Celadon 1403. Our family of 4 fit perfectly in the condo. There was plenty of sleeping areas and two full bathrooms. Beds were comfy too! We loved having the balcony. Each morning we would open the balcony and watch the waves roll in. We also saw dolphins and pelicans flew right past our floor. The balcony had two tables and chairs. The beach was awesome and location was great. It is a little further from the restaurants, but we liked that. The parking garage was nice and the boys loved walking in the covered walkway to our condo. The condo had all of the necessities for the week. I was so happy there was a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Sheryl was great to work with. She answered any question and was easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. You will not be disappointed!!!

This was our second year to stay in 1403 at Celadon and we like the room, the view and the location. We have everything we need and our granddaughter loves the bunk beds with curtains. Cheryl makes the process very easy. We were blessed with four beautiful days and on the two rainy days, enjoyed shopping and eating out. We went to The Yard Milkshake Bar at Pier Park and would definitely recommend it! Just wish I could go more often.

This condo very satisfactory accommodated a family of 5 (kids 8,13 and 15). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for a week long stay. The condo is clean and very well decorated. My communication with the owner went very smoothly. The resort offered 2 pools (one heated, one not), 2 hot tubs, parking, fitness room, BBQ and beach chairs/umbrellas (additional cost). It is very family friendly, the beach is gorgeous and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Highly recommended! We will try to come back soon:)

The 14th floor balcony is great for watching pelicans as they fly by. The sunsets are beautiful from this area too, whether you are on the balcony or on the beach. Celadon has 2 pools; one beach side and the other across the street. Parking is never a problem, as they have a garage designated for guests with a covered walkway to the building. There is plenty to do in PCB and so many restaurant choices. You can keep yourself busy with things to do, or just sit back and enjoy the condo and its pool and beach.

Sheryl is wonderful to work with and the reservation process was seamless. The parking pass is reasonably priced. (For your convenience, remember to purchase your parking pass in advance.) Upon arrival, the condo was VERY clean and well equipped. All appliances were in excellent condition. The master mattress was nice and the furniture throughout the condo was clean, fresh and comfy. Having breakfast and lunch on the balcony was enjoyable and comfortable in the cushioned chairs at the high top tables. (No dirty, rusty outdoor furniture to stain your clothes!) The 14th floor is the perfect height to see ocean life and beautiful sunsets. This resort is on the west end of PCB where it is a little less crowded while being very close to Pier Park and an endless selection of wonderful restaurants. We love Celadon and especially this unit.

We absolutely fell in love with this condo. The first thing I noticed, besides the decor which I loved, was how clean and comfortable it was. Also, the location was perfect. Away from the chaos but still close enough to whatever we needed. Sheryl, the property owner, was amazing and I would highly recommend this rental. We will definitely be staying here again!

The S.Awesome place
We arrived at 1403 on July 28. It was very clean and well decorated. There were 4of us, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. We had plenty of room. The condo was very well decorated. The balcony view is amazing. We watched a school of dolphins play and swim for over an hour on our very first night. Sheryl was very helpful with any questions we may have had. The condo is within walking distance of many places you may need. It was very well furnished for just about anything we could have needed. We definitely will be renting again!

My husband and I take our granddaughter on a beach trip each year and Celadon #1403 was perfect for us. We had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable (not always the case) and our granddaughter loved the bunk bed with curtains! She could continue to sleep in, even if we were up enjoying the view with our coffee. Sheryl was so helpful with the entire process and I hope to be able to stay here again.

My 2 teenage children and I stayed at the Celedon 1403 in June. We had never been to PCB, and wanted to stay right on the beach. This condo was perfect! The view from the 14th floor was amazing, the condo was just as the pictures showed, and Sheryl was a pleasure to work with! The rental process was very simple, and after a couple of phone calls with Sheryl, I knew that I picked the right place to stay on our vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for the week. The only thing we needed to bring was our clothes, beach towels and the condo and PCB provided the rest. The location of the condo is perfect, it is not in all of the hustle and bustle of PCB, but still close enough to everything. Make sure when you visit you go to Thomas' Donuts and Ice Cream shop...it's a must! My family and I hope to make this trip in the future and stay at Sheryl's place!

This was a beautiful beach front property at the lower end of Panama City Beach (PCB). It was a comfortable condo with nice and updated furniture and regular size appliances. I am a frequent traveler and the top thing on my priorty list is cleanliness, and this unit was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the setting sun.

Lovely condo! Very clean and stocked with all the necessities of home, even down to the washer, dryer and blow dryer. The view is ocean front and gorgeous! Beautiful pools and weight room if your into fitness. The location was perfect and about five minutes from Pier Park where there waiting for you is a shoppers heaven. So much to do! Our spring vacation at the Celadon was amazing. We have stayed in 1403 over and over again. It is always so nice. The perfect floor for the perfect view overlooking the beautiful teal water of the gulf. The unit itself is always clean, well stocked, and the owner Sheryl will help you anyway she can. Vern F.Celadon 1403 - excellent condo
We stayed in Celadon 1403 the 1st week in April. The room was exactly as nice and clean as the pictures on the owner's website. The unit was well furnished with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The view from the balcony is awesome. There are two bar height round tables and four chairs on the balcony. Even though it was spring break and Panama City Beach was very crowded, the Celadon is the last high rise on the edge of town so traffic is not that heavy. It is less than a 10 minute drive to shopping and multiple restaurant options. There was plenty of parking in the garage across the street which is accessed by a covered walkway. It was nice that we could pack up in a dry space even though it was raining when we left. We had short waits for the elevators, but not too bad given the time of year we were there. The owner was excellent to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again.

This was an awesome condo to rent! It was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was magnificent. There was plenty of room for two adults and four kids. The Celadon facility itself was clean and the pool area was well maintained. Being steps away from the beach was a bonus. The beach area was not crowded. The complex is close to town. Tom’s donuts is a must when visiting the area. Sheryl was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and answered texts and emails promptly. I would definitely recommend this condo and my family will staying here again on our next trip to Florida!
