Why this property? TIKI BLUE TWO is a comfortable, spacious property close to the beach, just two minutes' walk away. You are within walkable-access to a lot of nearby fun and conveniences like Ron Jon Surf Shop, many many restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Cocoa Beach Pier.
The property is set up for comfort and fun. There is an enormous heated pool, a hot tub and a lanai to relax in. Two outdoor tables with umbrellas are great places to lounge or eat. Use the big gas grill to have a grand cook out. Tons of outlets outside to keep your phones and laptops charged up.
Inside there are sofas and seating areas for lots of people. Two dining tables plus a kitchen island. 70-inch TV in the living room.
The linens and towels and mattresses are all high-quality and super comfortable. There is free WiFi Internet as well as free laundry and generous parking for 4 cars.
Your big group of friends and family will have a great time here.

Yes. The temperature is controlled remotely. You can call/text the owner to request changes to the pool temperature.

There is ample parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
How close is the beach?
You are right next to the beach. It takes you about a 2 minute walk. Check the photo gallery and you will see a picture of the house just about a 1/2 block from the ocean.
