At the end of the community is the preserve offering 342 acres of natural land, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on Florida’s southwest coast. With nature trails, shelling, and great amenities - everything you need for a family-friendly day on this white, sandy beach. Enjoy the day kayaking, paddle-boarding, or just relaxing in a cabana by the turquoise waters. When you’re ready for some refreshment, we’ve got that for you, too, at our Nicky P’s cafe located right on the beach. The evening can be filled with an unforgettable romantic Sun Set or venture out to the many near by Restaurants and shops along Bonita Beach Road.

Condo is on the beach with a 2nd floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located next to the fitness center and swimming pool of the main club house. This is an amazing get away.

The area is filled with many things to do. Just 2 miles is Bonita Beach road filled with restaurants and shopping. Publix Supper Market is just 3 miles from the condo and if your looking for fitness there is a Mojo Fit Pilates Studio just 2.3 miles and Crunch fitness just 3 miles. Want more shopping and food. Just 7 miles on US 41 south you have The Mercato shopping and dinning and 8 miles US 41 North you have the Coconut Point Town Center shopping and dinning. Looking for a day adventure take off to the Naples Zoo or the Botanical Gardens and don't forget Shopping on 5th Avenue in Old Naples all within a half hour drive.
