GabriellaMy girlfriends and I had a summer get-together here and we absolutely loved this place! It’s beautiful inside and outside- the surroundings are peaceful, the pool is so warm and lovely, and we felt like it was the perfect location to pop over to both the beach & downtown St. Pete. Matthew was also so kind, flexible, and responsive- one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! All of us agreed that we would absolutely return

JohnMatthew was beyond proactive and helpful and professional. We arrived during a tropical storm that turned into a hurricane later on, and he was on top of everything and made our stay as wonderful as it could be. I would highly recommend and plan to stay there again.

BrookeMatthew’s place was great. It’s in a perfect location if you’re wanting to take advantage of downtown St. Pete and the beaches. You’re in the middle of both so it made it really convenient for us. It was always amazing staying right on the water. Gorgeous sunsets at night without even needing to leave the house. I would definitely stay again!

JoanneThank you for such an amazing stay! The pool was a hit-especially nighttime swimming! The kids loved to fish off of the dock each day-catching catfish and more! The two best highlights-the owner taking us out in his boat two days in a row and a manatee swimming right up to the dock! I enjoyed morning runs through the neighborhood. The home as close to stores, shops and more! Great place to stay! We loved that it was so close to St Pete’s!

DianeCasa Ventura was amazing!! The space was perfectly laid out with stunning views everywhere you look. There is also so many sitting areas you can be private yet all together in one space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the outside is gorgeous!! The bedrooms were so comfortable and showers were roomy. I lost my glasses there and within hours Matthew found them for me and shipping them to me. We will definitely return. Beautiful home in the perfect location with a great host.

RyanThis home is ideal for an eventful or relaxing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night trip and plan to book again in the future. The pool, kayaks, and outside bar supported our large group and never felt “crammed”. The pictures of the back yard truly don’t do it justice, this home is a gem. The owner Philip and agent Matthew were great with communication and responsive. Looking forward to my next trip here!
