The space
Three level townhome on the canal of intercostal, 5 minutes and 30 second walk to the beach at the 7th Str. entrance (secluded since there is no walking but nice lighted crosswalk).

There is almost no one down at this end of the culdesac so it is quiet and calm. This townhome just underwent August 2024 a $100,000 dollar remodel and is beautiful and classy. New beds, toilets, kitchen, floors, everything! Promise you will love it. Steve and Sherrall (5-Star Hosts).

Guest access
There are two units in this duplex townhome. Yours is 605 and the total unite and land area is yours. You can use the water access at the end of the drive to watch the birds in the sanctuary across the water, launch a kayak, swim, fish, enjoy a glass of your favorite libation!

Other things to note
There are beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, corn hole and other beach stuff you will need at the location.

Two outside and two inside parking spaces and a smoking area out back (home is non smoking please).
