The bedroom offers a King-size bed (sleeps 2) and a full private bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The 2nd full bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. There is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove in the hallway and a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. - Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
