You will love this home! The master bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom! The second bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps 2), and the third bedroom has 4 twin beds (sleeps 4). The full bathroom located in the hallway has a tub/shower combo. In the carport area shed you will also find the washer and dryer.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the large fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. For outdoor activities, you ll find a fully fenced shaded backyard and a grill.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
