King size bed & bathroom in Master, Queen size bed & bathroom in Junior Suite, 1st guest bedroom with a queen size bed, 2nd guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have 50" or 55" TV's and ceiling fans. Visit Cape.Pickle on IG for videos.
Area Information
The property is located 2 miles from the Kennedy Racquet Center with 32 pickleball courts. Next to the courts is a waterpark. Restaurants, bowling and movie theaters are also very close. Ft. Myers beach is 14 miles away.

Notes:
Property is fenced in and the pickleball court is on the property. The pool is 24’ x 14’ and is not caged. The pool is not heated but the hot tub is. The hot tub is 7’x7’. Home is not child friendly as it is not child proofed and the pool does not have a child safety gate. There is also no crib at the house.
