The Lake Kennedy Racquet Center with 32 new pickleball courts is 2.2 miles from the house. They host many tournaments throughout the year. Ft. Myers is also just a few miles away with beautiful beaches.

Property is fenced in and the pickleball court is on the property. The pool is 24’ x 14’ and is not caged. The pool is not heated but the hot tub is. The hot tub is 7’x7’. Home is not child friendly as it is not child proofed and the pool does not have a child safety gate. There is also no crib at the house.

Children 13 and up are allowed. The house is not equipped with safety features for younger children. The pool doesn’t have a safety fence around it. There are no cribs and home is not child proofed.
No. For liability reasons, only guests staying at the home can use the property. All adults staying at the property will also be asked to sign a liability waiver for the pickleball court prior to their stay.
