Yes. As long as the calendar dates are available we are flexible with the 28 day stay.
We do provide access to paddles, life vests, kayaks and bicycles during your stay. No additional fee is required just a waiver.
Our neighborhood is a great place to bike ride and you can launch kayaking directly from our waterfront park. Staying Bayside is the easiest as Adam's Cut is a very busy waterway and not safe to kayak through. We have access to bars 1 mile south and a nature lake about 1 mile north.
Just South of us is a Church that has an old dock area that has a boat sunk and is great for local snorkeling. We also have a County Park (Rowell's) that is easy to walk to ( 1/4 mile), adjacent to that church, that has a basin and is a very nice spot to snorkel. and easy to walk to.
The exterior picture in the listing shows the private front door entrance on the west side of the house and the windows to the Kitchen and LivingRoom facing the backyard. The upper level is where we live fulltime. The front side of the lower floor is where I have my home office and that has a Private Entrance on the east side of the house. Under the carport is a common area laundry room that we will provide you a door code to use.
The monthly rate is based on a 28 night stay as that is the minimum required rental duration.
Yes, available for 1 vehicle. Might be required to move vehicle once or twice a week for us to access our boat that we store in the side yard.
