About the host: We are a Texas family of 6 who love the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, we have been traveling to the area for years, we are proud to call it home away from home!
Why this property? We love the Emerald coast and spend most summers on the white sand, so we decided to jump all in with having a home away from home. We built our home during the pandemic and are so blessed to have found the perfect neighborhood and builder. During the fall/winter months we are busy with reality of kid's school/sports schedules so do not get a chance to spend much time at the beach so making the most of our investment and offering our beautiful home to be enjoyed by others came to mind. We want to be courteous of our neighbors and of course follow the rules of the HOA with no short-term rentals and major turn over that is a hassle to the community and also wear and tear on our home, so offering our home as long term or snowbird stay is the perfect fit!
