A wonderful and well kept area. The unit itself is very spacious and has one of the most beautiful views in the community.

The gated community is approximately 5 to 10 minutes from the Fort Myers RSW airport. There are many restaurants in and around the area as well as shopping. Also, there are many golf courses that are within a short drive and everything you need in the area itself.

Why this property? This property is in a gated community. That is very well kept. Large amenity centre that would allow you access to resort type pool, gym, tennis, Pickleball, and golf is nearby. It is close to all restaurants, shopping, and plenty of things to do in the area. It is approximately 15 minute drive to the beach and very lovely area. It is also very close to RSW Fort Myers airport which is about five minutes away.
