Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is canceled 15 days or more prior to arrival: Deposit is returned minus a $75 cancellation fee per week.
If reservation is canceled after 15 days prior to arrival: Loss of full deposit unless week is rebooked or apply full deposit towards future rental . Remainder of rental fee returned.
It is highly recommended that you obtain your own travel insurance. Unless there's a mandatory evacuation, there will not be any reimbursement for inclement weather, red tide, natural disasters, or any other event or occurrence outside our control.

Great to be back to the place I’ve been coming for some 25 years, I tell people it is one of the last great places. This condo gives you a very homey feel with exceptional views, so even on the few bad weather days you can sit in the living room and feel as if you’re sitting on the beach. The miles of beach and shells are the stars, with the dolphins and shorebirds only enriching the experience. In fact the whole Island is built to show off what nature really has to offer on Sanibel. You will not be disappointed once you discover this little piece of heaven and the wonderful feel of home that B47 has to offer, you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at Pointe Santo B47 was calm and peaceful. The new renovation and decor are beautiful!! It was great to be back to bike the island, visit our fav restaurants, tour Ding Darling, relax on the beach and view the gulf right from the living room and lanai! Can't wait to go back!!
