Cancellation Policy
$1000 Deposit to hold rental reservation
Final payment due 21 days prior to arrival

If reservation is canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival: $125 cancellation fee. Remainder of rental fee returned.
If reservation is canceled after 14 days prior to arrival: Loss of full deposit or apply full deposit towards future rental . Remainder of rental fee returned.

It is highly recommended that you obtain your own travel insurance. Unless there's a mandatory evacuation, there will not be any reimbursement for inclement weather, natural disasters, or any other event outside our control.

About the host: Pointe Santo de Sanibel has been our family paradise for almost 40 years. We take pride in our condo and love sharing the happiness it brings to others. My dad lives full time on the island and our retirement home is also on the island - we are on island about 50% of the year. Our son lives in Iona, about 2 miles from the Sanibel Causeway and works on Captiva.

Why this property? Our unit is a 4th floor, end corner unit that is managed by our family. Bonus floor to ceiling windows in the living room and kitchen overlooking the Gulf - these are in addition to the living room and master bedroom sliders that lead out to the screened lanai. Private Rooftop Sundeck. Completely remodeled in 2024. 360 degree view of Sanibel Island from the private rooftop Sundeck.
