About the host: We love Perdido Key and own 3 properties in the area, 2 of which are in the same building as this one. My husband and I did all of the work on this condo designing and decorating. It truly is our passion to make homes beautiful, functional and comfortable. We live in the St. Louis area and have raised our 4 children here. We love to sit on the beach and fish, and boating on the inner coastal. Our first trip to Perdido Key was in 2011 and we knew immediately that this was our happy place. We traveled all around Florida and found this area is the most beautiful in the state!
Why this property? You will love this area for its natural beauty, friendly local people and businesses. The condo is located just over the bridge from Publix and just a few minutes from Walmart, Aldi and Target. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and if you love live music you will find it almost every restaurant in the area! If you are an art lover of local artists, there is an artists shop just across the bridge also a shop is located in the shopping center just across the street that you can walk to. You can pick up a handmade souvenir to take home a little of the beach with you. The food in the area has the best seafood you can get. Be sure to grab some Royal Red Shrimp that is only found in the waters from Mobile to just east of Pensacola. Its a real treat!!
