This Courtyard Villa is very close to Lake Sumter Landing; one of the favorite town squares in The Villages. Lake Sumter Landing is reminiscent of a quaint New England fishing village with the addition of a variety of shops, dining and entertainment.
Renovations in fall of 2024 include installation of luxury vinyl plank floors throughout (no dirty carpet!) and total update of both bathrooms including new showers, vanities and flooring.

Courtyard Villa's are a standalone structure, not a condominium. A walled courtyard in the back ensures privacy, peace and tranquility. Our villa has a lime and grapefruit tree; enjoy fresh off the tree in season!
The villa has an enclosed lanai which doubles as an office/den. It includes a desk, large flatscreen TV and a comfortable leather sofa.
Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest room has a full size bed and private bathroom with a pocket door so your guests can enjoy privacy as well.
Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan makes it easy and elegant to entertain or enjoy a quiet evening on your own.
Dining room has table seating for up to 6 people.
Living room features a beautiful contemporary look with high quality comfortable furniture.
Unique touches throughout the home sets this apart from the cookie cutter look and makes it seem like home. Enjoy preparing a fine meal or just sitting back with a glass of wine after your day of adventures.
The private courtyard includes a gas grill and patio furniture for your enjoyment. Umbrella over table has lighting for nighttime dining al fresco.
A Yamaha 2 seat gas golf cart is included for your convenience. Renting a similar golf cart from local dealers costs over $550 so you're saving money!

Area Information

The Villa is located in the Village of Largo just south of Lake Sumter Landing town square. Easy walking distance to 2 swimming pools, one is a family pool (all ages) at the Bacall Recreation Center, the other is adults only at the neighborhood pool for the Village of Largo.
Each of the 3 (soon to be 4!) town squares throughout The Villages has free live entertainment nightly. With a guest resident pass you can enjoy free pickleball, golf, tennis, and swimming at over 100 sports, family and adult pools.
There are 112 recreation centers throughout The Villages community currently. And speaking of golf; The Villages has 729 holes of golf; more than any other community in the world! You can play a new course every day!
There are over 240 pickleball courts and 15 softball fields.
There are miles of multi-modal paths for getting around on your golf cart, including tunnels and bridges for full community connectivity. Take your golf cart to go dancing in any of the town squares!
There are also miles of walking and bicycle paths to exercise and stay in shape.
In addition are parks, fishing, dragon boat racing, over 3,000 clubs and the list goes on.
MANY options for shopping, dining, entertainment although a short drive away. Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market less than 10 minutes for the essentials.
Please note that use of the amenities outlined above requires a temporary resident ID from The Villages, the cost is $50. We do the application for you in advance of your arrival, you simply have to pick up the ID's and pay the fee.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

2 swimming pools and a Recreation center are within walking distance; one of the pools is age restricted, the pool at the Rec center is a family pool. 2 golf courses are also within walking distance. Lake Sumter Landing is a 10-15 minute walk.
