Welcome to this lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath pool home located in a quiet neighborhood with just a quick drive to much of Port Orange, Daytona Beach! Once inside, relax and enjoy this cozy home, much of which has been remodeled. New kitchen cabinets with underneath lighting and dimmers, kitchen island, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, flat griddle and all the essentials to make home cooked meals.
Gather around the family room to watch a movie on its TV, or take a dip in the screened-in pool with open views of the the pond behind the house. Master bedroom features a king size bed, half bath and TV, second bedroom features a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed (twin on top and double on bottom, sleeps 3) and Florida room features a daybed plus trundle, which sleeps an additional 2. Sleeps 9 people total.
Patio area has an outside shower with hot & cold water for your use with easy access to pool area. The backyard has a privacy fence. You'll also have access to the single car, attached-garage with parking for 3 additional cars outside, BBQ grill, chairs, beach/pool toys, cooler, etc.
Everything you love is nearby! Whether it's the beach, golfing in the areas best courses, dining in some of the best local restaurants or shopping at the multiple shopping centers nearby. Port Orange, Daytona Beach is the perfect location to stay close to all things that you find enjoyable!

About the host: Finding the perfect rental is hard. So we bought a house and made our own Vacation Home. We’ve been traveling to Daytona for years. There is so much to do, we always discover new, family friendly things for us and the kids.
You’ll enjoy our home, it’s clean w new flooring, kitchen, and brand new furniture, bedding and all the accessories you’ll need.
We are Canadian, live in NiagaraFalls, and have 3 children that love going to Daytona as often as we can get them there.

Why this property? We are in a safe, central neighbourhood. Close and easy access to everything. The beaches, the speedway, golfing, the biker areas, all easy to get to. Great Hwy access. 10 mins from Daytona International airport and the Speedway. Sanford Airport is 40 Mins and Orlando is 65 Mins away.
Plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores near by. Disney can be reach in just over an hour and NASA Kennedy Space Center is just south of us.
Each of our side yards have a dbl gate to store Trailers and RVs. The garage for your Harley, plus parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
The inground pool is covered, heated with solar collectors and lots of fun, with views of the pond behind us.
2 HD sat TVs, free wifi, free long distance calling.

How far of a drive to the beach?
The beach is 5 minutes away. In Daytona, you can drive and park right on the beach.
How far is the Speedway?
The Speedway is 5 mins away as well. We can take the back way right to the Daytona International Airport and the Race track
Is the pool heated?
Yes. Through Solar Collectors on the roof. The pool was in the 80’s this March. Well into the 90s all summer long.

The home was nice and in a quite neighborhood, it was exactly what it showed it would be. About a 15 minute drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. My 10 year old granddaughter lived in the pool , it was great. I spent a lot of my free time at the putting green. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Daytona. Cheryl

Stayed four nights with my husband and three teenage kids. My kids LOVED this place. It is an older home, but has been updated and decorated nicely. Things we loved: three bedrooms, Netflix and fun apps on the TV, nice kitchen, easy drive to the beach and to stores. What we didn't like: the top bunk is very uncomfortable, there's only one shower (which is tricky when you get back from the beach), the water pressure in the sinks is very low (but the shower works great), and the "heated" pool was cold enough to take your breath away (even though the highs were near 70* while we were there. Overall, this home was a good value and I'd recommend it.

We booked it the first week of October and so glad we did. The house was clean and spacious and having our own heated pool was great (nothing beats a midnight swim). The backyard is fenced in which was great as we could let our dog run around and not worry about her getting out. The house was located close to all restaurants and beaches and as a added touch they had these 2 binders which made our stay even easier. One binder had flyers from the local restaurants and the other for area attractions. We loved the food binder as it made where to eat each night a breeze. Our 3 favs places were McKenna's, Buried Treasure and DJ's so make sure to try them. We had a great time and will definitely be booking the house again next year and can't wait.

Remember it is a home that does need some little attentions that would usually be taken care of if you lived there. This rental was a great place to stay and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is wonderful and gives you the feel of a beach house with its cute decor! Everything was easy in arriving and leaving as clear instructions were given. We felt the house had everything you need, dishes, cooking appliances, towels. There is a dollar store and Walmart close by if you need anything else. The kitchen is beautiful. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. My large family was very comfortable.

We stayed at the house on Tompkins in Daytona. It was extremely clean and very welcoming. There are two information books there when you, first walk in, with everything you need to know about the house and what to do if you need assistance with the house. Also, an amazing book with some great ideas to do down there.We rate the house 10/10!! We will be coming back yearly!

The location of this place was close to all shopping and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. The property is well maintained and clean and the information book was a great help. The house was well equipped with supplies including spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes and linens. It was about 10 minutes to Dayton Beach which was bonus with lots of shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well laid out and the fridge has an ice dispenser. There is a Nintendo game for the kids and over 100 movies. The screened in pool was very enjoyable and warm and no bugs. Would recommend this property and hopefully we will return next year

Our family had an unbelievable time at this well kept Rental. The house and property are immaculate and kept very clean. House is close to many amenities and only 15 minutes from the Beach. We rented this house for a week and couldn't have enjoyed our time more! The location is central to a ton of different attractions that kept our toddlers happy as well as the teenagers. It is about ten minutes from Daytona Beach and about 40 minutes from Orlando. There are also a ton of things to do in Port Orange.The house had enough space for everybody and was well taken care of. The King master bedroom had its own private bathroom, and the other bedrooms were very spacious. We especially enjoyed the sitting room with the wood fireplace and views into the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped and we didn't find we were lacking anything when cooking our meals. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the neighbours are very pleasant. One neighbour even stopped by the welcome us for our stay!We had no regrets making this our stay for our family vacation and look forward to returning again!

Spent 10 days in this beautiful home. Had one issue, called the owner, and just as fast the issue was resolved. Beautiful fenced in property that backed onto a nice pond area, with a pool that was fully screened in. Just a hop to all the beauty of the beaches, and just as close to all the joys of shopping. Very clean, and comfortable home. There was 5 of us, and still was plenty of room. I would refer this home to anyone, and will be returning. You literally do not need to bring anything, everything we needed was there for us. And plenty of what you needed...dishes, cutlery, towels, extra pillows, blankets, dish towels, you name it...washer and dryer if you looking for a nice quite area, yet still close to all the attractions, this is the rental home for you...thank you so much to the owner for his speedy reply to our one issue, will be looking forward to book in the future with you again. We leave very, very pleased and impressed...and the decor,thumbs up...on the sea shell quilts..and other decor for that ocean side get away feel...

CarriePerfect place to relax and unwind
We spent time here in November, after a busy week at Disney. It was pure bliss. The layout was perfect. Enough room for our family of 4 to have some privacy. The house felt warm and welcoming, not like some rentals that are stark and sterile feeling. The pool was perfect for our kids. It was a quick drive to grocery stores, Walmart and tons of restaurants. The beach was close enough to enjoy every day, but far enough away to allow you to get away from the congestion. There were also tons of things in the area to do with our kids. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks again for a great vacation

Walking in was like opening the page of a magazine. The cleanliness and decor was perfect. The house came with a few floaters, lots of towels, beach toys, even a cooler. This house was well equipped with all the amenities to make it feel like home. It is centrally located in a very friendly neighbourhood and it is just ten minutes to the beach. Very close for shopping and entertainment. The back yard is fully fenced which allowed our dog to run free. The inground pool and lanai made relaxing a treat after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed our time there and have booked for a second time
