Besides the refreshing pool and shared patio with grills in front, this unit also has a lovely private patio in the back surrounded by tropical trees & plants. You also have open access to a coin operated laundry on the premises.

This home is located in a small condo complex with only six units. It is in the corner of the complex on the first floor - no stairs! The home is directly across a small rarely used road to the beach with no buildings in front so it feels as if you are right on the beach and water (see aerial view) Just a few steps and you are!

This unit requires a 7 night minimum stay.
This is a quiet privately owned complex so this unit holds a maximum of 4 persons and limited number of visitors. All visitors must leave by 10pm and all excessive noticeable noise must cease at 10pm per Holmes Beach ordinances.
