The space
This very comfortably laid out home has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with queen size pull-out sofa, bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath w/ shower. Besides the refreshing pool and shared patio with grills in front, this unit also has a lovely private patio in the back surrounded by tropical trees & plants. You also have open access to a coin operated laundry on the premises.

This home is located in a small condo complex with only six units. It is in the corner of the complex on the first floor - no stairs! The home is directly across a small rarely used road to the beach with no buildings in front so it feels as if you are right on the beach and water (see aerial view) Just a few steps and you are!

Other things to note
This unit requires a 7 night minimum stay.

This is a quiet privately owned complex so this unit holds a maximum of 4 persons and limited number of visitors. All visitors must leave by 10pm and all excessive noticeable noise must cease at 10pm per Holmes Beach ordinances.

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed , and then some. The snack basket was a very nice touch and much appreciated as was the coffee! Bed was so comfy and pillows were amazing! I had been to AMI a few times when I lived in Tampa years ago and I fell in love with the place. It's island life at it's best. This time I was able to bring my husband who I had never been. Fawn's place was AMAZING. The check-in was super easy. Fawn and her husband checked in on us to make sure there was nothing we needed or we needed any recommendations. It was super cute, clean and felt like home. It was steps to the beach and walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. The pool and the grounds were so nice, clean and private. Felt like our own little oasis. We did not have a car and you don't really need one, but we ended up renting a golf cart to get around the island and do some site seeing, putt around the island and go to the grocery store. We would 100% stay at Fawn's place again.

Fawn was the absolute best host. She was very responsive and very proactive before tropical storm Debby. She made sure we had everything we needed. The place was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Fawn's place and I can't wait to return!

We had an awesome week! The rental was clean and we were provided with everything needed, even a snack box! We would definitely rent again! Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!
