Aside from the fantastic location, this elevated 3 Bedroom 2 bath home has two amazing decks with views of the Gulf & its sunsets, a great heated private pool & all the amenities you could want for a relaxing vacation. You can't beat the location, the amenities or comfort!
The space Level one takes you onto parking for 3 vehicles, a lovely heated pool (between November and April) and large patio areas with grill for those get together fun moments. You will see all of the equipment we provide including beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for the whole crew.
When you enter this home on level 2, you will see a spacious living area with full kitchen, living room with smart tv and wifi, dining area, laundry, and the main bedroom with a California King, smart tv, and an en-suite bath. This level also has a large deck with views of the beach and water.
Level 3 includes 2 other bedrooms - one with a California King bed and the other with two Queen size beds. These two rooms both have smart tv's and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a full deck with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Guest access The area this home is located in, is one of the most desired locations on Anna Maria Island within steps to Bean Point where the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay meet. From Bean Point you can see the Sunshine Skyway Bridge as well as Egmont Key, Passage Key and peeks of St. Petersburg across the gorgeous waterways. There is no better view of the amazing sunsets than Bean Point!

*This home is not a party house. This home is in a residential neighborhood. We do not allow events, parties, or filming at this location. There is a strict noise ordinance and all excessive and noticeable noise after 10pm is not tolerated.

We can't say enough good things about our stay here at "Shore Beats Work"! The location of the home up on Bean Point is perfect as it is almost directly across the street from a beach access patch leading out to the pristine beaches and crystal clear waters of Anna Maria Island. The home itself is wonderfully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your time there in paradise. To top it off, we were greeted with a welcome basket full of snacks and fruit and a small welcome gift.....what a nice touch! Fawn was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the booking process and during our stay. She was extremely prompt and courteous with all communications. We can't wait to book our next trip!

This place was a great place for our family of seven. It had everything that was listed in the description. We had a great time at the pool and the beach. The beach was just a short walk across the street and down a path. The restaurants we dined at were all fabulous. I would recommend them all, especially Harry's and The Waterfront.
