Our rental corresponded with the landfall of HURRICANE MILTON. William was flexible and communicative the entire time. Our original reservation was on another property on Longboat Key. On the day of our arrival, William graciously changed our reservation to this property, which is more inland. Shortly after we arrived, we learned we had to evacuate the next day. William refunded our unused nights without question. We are grateful to him and we pray that he and his properties are safe after this storm.
