The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.

A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.

Area Information

This home is a few minutes off I95 (no you can't hear the highway), 20 minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport and 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport. The address will be provided at time of booking and is very easy to get to when following GPS directions. You can get around by car, uber, bike, or golf cart. Street legal golf carts are everywhere, and they are a really fun way to get around.
