This home offers a spacious 2700 sq ft, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, and sleeps 10. Has a huge master suite with a Jacuzzi tub for relaxing. Master suite is located on opposite end of guest rooms for privacy. Very spacious for families. Offers a nice lanai area for relaxing and a huge cage with private pool and 3 person max hot tub. Pool is heated upon request. Neighborhood is very quiet. Close to beaches (20-30 min). 1 hour away from Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Major airports are about an hour away (Fort Myers International Airport or Sarasota Bradenton International Airport). Local airport is Punta Gorda Airport which is 30 min away.

o Back doors are equipped with chimes as you open them, please do not turn them off

o The MAX CAPACITY for the hot tub is 3 people
- Shall you overload the hot tub during your stay, you will be responsible for a $100 fee of draining it and getting the PH re balanced.
o The hot tub will only heat up when jets are on low
o Please read safety signage rules posted by hot tub
