Welcome to Seaside Sea-Esta at Regency Towers. From the moment you walk in the front door, you will breathe a sigh of amazement with the Gulf view and be ready to relax and unwind. Located on the 3rd floor, you will be able to use the stairs when the elevators are busy. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Billiard Room, summer activities, and so much more.

This unit is an updated spacious 2-bedroom/2-bath condo (one king bed and two full size beds) with a queen sofa sleeper and/or a twin trundle bed, fully furnished kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.) and a full-size stacked washer/dryer. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom and the living room and take in the amazing sunset views. During your stay, you can enjoy either of the two pools, one of which is heated year-round, and a large indoor hot tub. There is also a kiddie pool, small weight room, a billiards/poker room, outdoor grills, corn hole and more. Enjoy the onsite tiki bar where you can order delicious and filling snacks and of course your favorite cocktail drink or beer. Summertime has a variety of events, such as karaoke night, movies on the lawn and more. The entry closet and outside storage bin is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach toys for your enjoyment. Board games are also provided.

Outside of the building complex, you will find a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, and many places to enjoy live music every night of the week. There are also many attractions, such as miniature golf, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and so much more.
