You can have the owners' privileges for social activities or social plus Golf privileges for the cost of a transfer fee to River Strand. Amenities offered at River Strand are many with 8 different pools, Tiki Bar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball courts, 2 exercise facilities, library, 27 holes of golf, putting and practice area for golfers. Bird watching and biking are extremely popular along with many other activities such as bridge, majoun, cards, karaoke and more.

Spring training for Baseball is all over this area with Bradenton being the home of the pirates and several other clubs just a few miles away.
