Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 4000-square-foot home, occasionally rented, perfect for up to 12 guests. On the 1st floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a Californian King bed, a private bathroom, and outdoor patio access. Additionally, there's a guest room with a queen bed and a bathroom, along with a spacious living room area, dining area, kitchen, 2 offices, powder room and the laundry room.
The 2nd floor boasts a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with bunk bed with 2 full mattresses, and a loft area with a couch, ping pong table, and TV. Stay active with our sports bike and yoga mats provided.

HOUSE RULES:
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to a severe family allergy, we cannot accommodate service animals or pets. While we understand the inconvenience, we must prioritize the health of our loved ones. Guests with animals will be asked to leave with no refund, as our Airbnb listing has an allergy exemption. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $1000 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. We apologize for any disruption this may cause.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $125 starting at 12 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time (UNLESS IT WAS DISCUSSED PRIOR). Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.' If you're visiting with young children please take necessary precautions and don't leave the kids without supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and well-being at all times: inside the house, outside the house, swimming pool, patio and surrounding areas.
•POOL CABANA: We do not setting up the Cabana. Guests are in charge to set it up.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: PLEASE NOTE the price determined by amount of guest.
Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. If more people are staying and your reservation states otherwise, you will incur an additional fee of 100$ per person per night, so please be truthful.
• ELECTRONIC LOCK CHECK-IN. We require a picture of a photo ID upon booking to ensure our door code is going to the person who booked the reservation.
• BBQ GRILL: Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.
• PROPANE: Guests are in charge of maintaining propane for the grill.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- LANDSCAPER: A landscaper come by every week on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
- POOL CLEANER: A pool cleaner comes every once a week to maintain the pool, whether guests in the house or not, It is essential. They will not be accessing the home.
• LIABILITY
Prestige Choice Property Management cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Prestige Choice Property Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning. Although, we will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during the rental period.
