Only a limited number of houses on KCB have exclusive members only access to Inch Beach on the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Key Colony Beach is located at Mile Marker 53.5 (Marathon). There are 15 streets in KCB and all are walkable with a walking path on the main streets. There is pickle ball, golf, tennis, restaurants and parks for children and adults. Nearby are Aquarium Encounters, Turtle Hospital, Crane Point Wild Bird Center, Curry Park, Dolphin Research Center, Sombrero Beach, 7 mile bridge (walk/bike), restaurants, Marathon Lady head boat, charter boats, and grocery and drug stores.
