About the host: We are from Minnesota/North Dakota and enjoy escaping to warmer weather during the winter. We have been coming to the Keys multiple times to visit our friends on Big Pine Key who own and operate Gettin Tight Charters. We thought why not invest in our own place as we both love being on the water.
Why this property? Ocean Breeze is an amazing community with great neighbors. Bring your cocktail and head down to the dock at sunset and you will meet great people. Community has dock, outdoor kitchen/grill area, outdoor seating, rooftop sundeck, hammock garden, heated pool and ice machine. Ride bike or walk to the Old Seven Mile Bridge for an additional 2 miles of biking or walking one way. Many great restaurants nearby to walk, bike or drive to.
