All bookings will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

SuzannaThe house was even more beautiful than the pictures online!! Every aspect of the rental was amazing. We have a tradition of spending Thanksgiving week in southern Florida and this house did not disappoint. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving feast. The indoor/outdoor dining was perfect for all our meals. The pool, spa and outdoor bar was a great place to spend time in the sun overlooking the calming water. I am definitely looking for an excuse to get back and rent this property again!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend every aspect of this rental!!!
