The living space includes an expansive, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a full dining room, a living room overlooking the pool with a gorgeous view to the Gulf.
During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed internet, flat-screen televisions with cable TV service in two bedrooms and office space for all your entertaining needs! Beach chairs, beach towels, spare linens, and bath towels for all bathrooms are available at your disposal.

Guest will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

DUpdating review to reflect dissatisfaction with unwarranted additional costs levied by host for “electricity usage” despite the fact that we spent most days outside @ beach. In fact, we barely used house amenities & A/C malfunctioned first night & we slept uncomfortably in 80 degrees. Technician fixed it next day & it worked afterwards. Host had A/C, lights and pool set automatically and expects guests to pay electricity based on a meter reading that is solely determined by them. This is unreasonable. Then coupled with additional fees (e.g. cleaning) makes cost unreasonable. My mistake was assuming “extra electricity charges may apply” would only bill someone charging an electric vehicle or some true excessive use of electricity. I never thought they would charge us extra just to use the home! This is unfortunate because it creates distrust in this community and otherwise we would have enjoyed coming back to this area and this property. Home was nice and city is beautiful.
