Guest will be given a $5 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out and our management team will be contacting you for additional payment for all electricity usage in excess of the $5 nightly allowance . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.
