This home is large and comfortable. The salt water pool is also large. The home is adequately provisioned to support living there. The very best thing about our experience was working with Kaz. He was forthright and very accommodating. I would rent from him anytime. We hope to meet him in person some day.

Beautiful home. Incredibly clean! One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The home is nicely laid out, plenty of room for everyone. Everything we could need was supplied. Pool and spa were great, we had to drag the kids out every night. The location was perfect! Minutes from the beaches yet secluded. I would definitely recommend. The owners were great to work with, excellent communication. We hope to rent again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. All the features and amenities that we needed. The pool and lanai space were excellent. We enjoyed watching the birds-jays and woodpeckers in the mature trees out back. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with a short drive to many beach options.

We all enjoyed our stay at this roomy house, especially the pool when we didn't feel like going out to the beach. The surrounding beaches were beautiful with crystal clear water, where we found many unbroken big conch shells. Must visit Sarasota beach at night to see sea turtles, we saw 3 went up the one night that were at least 200 lbs. I saw a bobcat one morning laying right outside the pool by landscaping area. I will definitely visit again!

We have had an amazing time in this wonderful home. Plenty of space for everyone. The newly renovated pool and hot tub was so nice. Huge lani with a fan was our ormal sitting spot to talk every day. So close to so many beautiful beaches. We will definitely be booking our vacation again here. The Owner is so nice to work with and answered our questions immediately.

Very spacious, well located property, fully stocked supplies, regrettably heat sensor went on pool heating..and missed 4 days of pool heat....owner tried to please but pool guy busy we guess..bikes in need of repair...towels could use updating....overall a 4star review

The house was great with everything you could ever think of that you might need for the beach. At first it was alarming waking in. We thought maybe it had been double-booked or something. We walked in to unload all the groceries that we had stopped and picked up. We had to make room in the packed fridge with open Milk and juice containers as well as other open perishables. There was a tank top hanging on a hook when you walked in, and a pair of slippers on the rug inside the front door. Then upon further inspection of the house, we saw the Linens had been pulled from the beds, the dishes were all done and put away, as well as the outdoor seat cushions for the back deck, so it looked pretty empty. At least empty enough that after almost a 24 hour drive with July 4th holiday weekend traffic that we just wanted to relax and crash. We never saw the neighbor that was supposed to stop by to check in, but we were fine. We found the houses opening and closing manual right away. I usually visit Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key and we found ourselves making the hike back and forth most days with the red tide being so awful in the area at the time. We did explore the area a couple days and Stump Pass Beach was probably the best place we found. We were never really home, but the pool and hot tub were great when we were.

Stayed in this property in Rotonda West from Jan 6th till May 5th. The home is well maintained and clean, very comfortable and close to everything. Spent a lot of time in the pool. The home is everything we expected and more. This was our second time at this beautiful home and we'll be here again next winter. Nice quiet neighborhood for biking and walking. The location is great, not much traffic like other areas in Florida in winter. We liked the feeling that we were away from the more "commercial" beach areas, but there were still lots of good restaurants and everything we wanted within a few minutes drive. The house is amazing, nicely furnished and very open and clean. During our stay it didn’t feel like some rental property but felt like we were staying at our house. The owners, Kaz and Zuzanna, have put a lot of thought and effort in the house’s decoration and planning. It’s only minutes away from the beach. This home has an amazing patio area in the backyard with table, chairs, lounge chairs etc. plus a grill. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were great during the cool weather. There are numerous beautiful birds flying and chirping in the back and this gives you a feeling that you are somewhere in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary items. This property is in a great location if you want to be close to multiple beautiful beaches. It was also close to several great restaurants.

We have rented many houses before, but this home had everything we would want when renting a home. We didn't have to run out to get any essentials... everything was there. We went grocery shopping and was able to cook anything in the well equipped kitchen. We felt that the bed was one of the most comfortable rental beds that we have ever had. Normally my back is hurting at the end of vacation, but the bed was very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the backyard felt very private. We are looking forward to going back next year! The owner was wonderful and available for any issues we had.
