During peak season, we rent Saturday - Saturday.
Any individual renting or leasing a unit within the condominium must be TWENTY FIVE (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction for any entity including the owner, tenant or renting agency.
FAMILIES ONLY...... NO STUDENT GROUPS ALLOWED....... If you are under 25 and your parents are not with you, we cannot rent to you.

We will send you a personalized email a few days before your arrival that will include your electronic key-code to enter the unit as well as other "nice to know" information.
Sorry, we do not allow pets in the unit. This is a condominium rule.
We supply most everything you could need from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheets, pizza sheets, blender, coffee maker (Keurig Duo - pot & individual K-Cup) and toaster. You should plan on supplying your own washing supplies and food. If you would like to bring your streaming devices (Roku, AppleTV, Chromecast, etc..) feel free to. Just don't forget it!
You will park in the covered parking garage across the street. Try to park as close to the 2nd floor as you can as you'll be able to walk across the street via the covered/climate controlled walkway that will give you access to carts and the elevators.
After booking, you will be given information on how to purchase parking for your stay. You'll purchase your pass ($45) that is good for 30 days.
Our check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. Your electronic access to the unit are set to be active after 4PM on your arrival day and before 10AM on your departure day.
We do! We are so glad to offer Beach Service seasonally from March thru October. It includes 2 beach lounge chairs and an umbrellas setup by the staff every day.
You will go to the beach cabana and let the staff know your schedule for the week and what unit you're in and they'll have it setup for you.
We also have 2 foldable/backpack beach chairs in the master bedroom closet for you to use as well.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balcony or on the beach side of the property. This is a condominium property policy.
There is a designated smoking area across the street by the parking deck.
If there is evidence (smell, ashes or any other physical evidence) of smoking, your damage deposit will not be returned.
