Jakub was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had and willing to come over to address anything immediately if we wanted. He was willing to work with us on a late check out and always very friendly in his communications. I would absolutely consider staying at one of his properties again.

Jakub’s place was fantastic! Looks exactly like the pictures, very cozy, great pool, and was spotless. There’s a Publix and shopping plaza about a 10 minute walk which was super convenient. Jakub was extremely friendly, communicative and one of the best hosts we’ve had. We also have our own airbnb so we recognize all the hard work that goes into it! I would highly recommend Jakub’s place if you’re in the Tamp area !

My family and I had a great 8 day stay! The house was well furnished with family friendly furniture, lots of board games and plenty of linens & kitchenware for our group of 8. The pool was very well maintained and a great bonus for a trip to Florida in July! The beautiful neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Jakub was quick to reply to messages and send friendly reminders for trash pickups and checkout procedures. I hope to stay here again for future visits!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and easy to find and access. We had a few issues during our stay but our host Jakub was fantastic at taking care of the issus and communicating the whole way. Would recommend updating patio and deck furniture as it is a bit flimsy due to age and standard use, and would also recommend adding a had rail to the stairs on the pool. We had a guest that struggled getting in due to physical issues with no rail. Over all everything was great, everyone loved the beautiful salt water pool and games provide. The decor of the house is beautiful and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay.
