I have been traveling for work for most of my adult life. I have lived in dozens of long term rental places. 8730 Thomas #312 is my all time favorite. The master bedroom on 3rd floor has an office area that over looks the lagoon. I saw dolphins, manatees, all kinds of fish and birds and got to watch my daughter fish off the dock, all while doing my job!
We played tennis a couple times a week with 2 courts being right outside the front door. Lots of bike rides down Thomas Drive which always led to several stops at the beach. Great live music bar right across the parking lot, with Go kart tracks and giant sling shot rides sending people screaming into the air. This place was very entertaining.
Inside was cozy but very functional for my family of four. My 10 year old stayed upstairs in the guest room with a bunk bed and queen bed with her own bath. My 14 year old stayed on the second floor with her own batroom attached.

We had the absolute best time at Heidi’s place! The first morning there we looked outside our balcony and seen several dolphins right there swimming around. It was absolutely amazing! My 14 year old loves fishing! Being able to fish right outside the place was super ideal for us. He caught a few different fish and a crab on accident. We also drove down to the pier twice and caught some really nice fish there too. I was able to let my teen kids walk to the beach, which was super nice for them. They walked there a couple times to watch the sun set. Everything you can possibly need is within ten minutes. The house was perfect! We had 4 adults and 2 teen kids with us. We all had our own rooms (the kids shared one of the rooms) and bathrooms which was what we were looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the extra linens, pillows, towels, and comfy blankets. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and Heidi! Thank you so much Heidi for everything!!!!!

Another wonderful stay at Heidi’s place for our annual family beach trip! Heidi has always been so helpful and kind. Her place feels like a home away from home and it is so very nice and clean and well stocked. We always love visiting and making memories here every year! I highly recommend this beautiful condo! You won’t regret booking! We will be back!

WOW is all I can say about our stay!! The condo is beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. Having beach towels was a huge plus! The beach is a very short walk and if you would rather drive there is a small parking lot for beach access across the street. Quite a few places in walking distance. The beds were SO comfy! We had absolutely no issues to need to contact Heidi for everything was great. The water view was beautiful and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Heidi’s place in PCB was a perfect spot for our group to hang out, unwind, and enjoy the beach! Heidi was quick to respond to any requests we had during our stay! We loved spending the day at the beach and hanging out by the pool in the evening! Heidi’s place is a rare jewel in the PCB area and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thanks so much!

Great location, walkable to beach and several restaurants. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Heidi answered all questions quickly. Would stay again.

Heidi's place exceeded all the other places I have stayed at in Panama city Beach when it came to having enough bath towels, blankets, Beach towels and general needs such as toilet paper, paper towels and such. We had a problem with the dishwasher and Heidi responded back quickly the issue couldn't be handled during our stay but that wasn't her fault. Would stay at Heidi's place again.
