*Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are handled by a separate entity and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited

Get Out on the Water:
The Florida Keys consists of the only barrier reef in the United States. Take the time to explore the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, above or below the surface, you won’t regret it.
Diving – Key Largo is the Dive Capital of the World. Explore the underwater Christ statue or one of the many shipwrecks found in one of the most unique living coral reef ecosystems in the world.
Snorkeling – Explore places like John Pennekamp State Park or the famous Alligator Reef Lighthouse. Truly both are a sight to see!
