Amazing location, very nice condo, beautiful views- one of the best places we have stayed.
This property is amazing! It is decorated really modern and cute and has everything we could have needed. The beds were super comfortable (which is often not the case in places we have rented). Everything was modern and worked well, including the new tv and it has the best washer and dryer i have ever used.. We were able to buy fresh seafood and cook out on the porch. Tracy, the host, has an extra nice touch and leaves snacks and extra goodies for her guests which was fun to discover when we arrived. She also leaves more starter supplies for the bathroom and kitchen than we have experienced in the past. This condo is very close to the beach and we really like that it is on the side of town that is less busy. We stayed during spring break and never had issues with crowds or traffic on this end of town compared to what we experienced driving to the other end a few times. We loved sitting on the cute porch looking out over the pool and lagoon and watching the boats come and go from the marina across the street. It was so pretty and peaceful. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores were all very close which made this an ideal location. The beach is within walking distance but we drove and parked at a public spot near Patches bar a half mile away so it was super quick and convenient to go to the beach and we never struggled to find a parking spot.. There are places with pontoon rentals across the street also if you want to go to Shell Island. There were a couple of cute outdoor bars and restaurants with live music a couple minute walk just over the bridge. I can't say enough about this amazing property and it really was a relaxing, beautiful week here.
