Guest bedroom has two twin beds and another bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub with a glass shower door.
The kitchen and living room have an open concept space with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances.
The best part is the lanai with a heated pool, outdoor dining room a comfortable couch and a TV.
We are about a mile to the beach, Mercato, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! 20 minutes to 5th Ave/Downtown. 25 min to RSW airport. We are dog friendly!

What a beautiful home! We loved every minute of our stay. Everything is brand new, and so stylish. You can walk to the beach, there are two amazing beaches to pick from. The one with the Ritz was so nice. After beach you can relax in the warm pool. Restaurants, Mercato town center are all just a 2-3 minute drive. We’ll definitely be back!
