The private balcony has access via the glass slider doors from its living room provides picturesque ocean-front views! This modern, comfortable 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit sleeps 4 people. Its fully equipped kitchen & living room combo features all the essentials you need to make home cooked meals and to comfortably house a small family or group of friends. A full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, utensils, etc. are provided to save on eating out expenses. The kitchen & living room combo shares a 40 inch TV with cable and free WiFi. The living room features a dining table that sits 4, a Queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors with access to its private balcony. The living / dining / kitchen space are all open making it easy to enjoy each others company and the view of Florida's coastline.

Master bedroom features a cozy, Queen size bed, a night stand and lamp on each side of the bed, long dresser w/ mirror, a small TV, a closet and private access to the bathroom which has an additional entry/exit from the hallway. Bathroom features vanity, and shower/tub combo.

The Sunglow Fishing Pier has been around since 1960 and is a great place to fish and spend quality time with friends and family. Pier anglers are known to catch a wide variety of fish on the Sunglow Pier such as Whiting, Kings, Pompanos, Flounder, Trout, Spanish Mackeral, Sheep’s Head, Blues, Sail Cat, Tarpon and different kinds of shark species!
